Who Can Join Our Alliance?​

Our Partnership Program accommodates various entity types, from established organizations to smaller supported initiatives, including:

• Legally recognized organizations (corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, associations, trusts)

• Non-profit organizations (incorporated or unincorporated)

• Governmental bodies or agencies

• Initiatives, projects, or working groups that have an official website and are supported by a legal entity

• Academic institutions and professional societies may participate as Institutional Supporters

 

To be eligible, you should:

• Focus on one or multiple scientific integrity focus areas, including but not limited to scholarly infrastructure, communication, education, reproducibility, and/or Open Science

• Demonstrate commitment to ethical and responsible research practices

• Maintain independence from commercial interests that could conflict with our mission

 

How to join 

Entities can become Partners through:

• Direct invitation from us

• Submission of an application form (non-invited applications will undergo evaluation by our Executive Director and Advisory Board to ensure eligibility)

  • Get priority booking privileges and access to partner-exclusive advertising packages

 

How We Work Together

Our relationship is built on independence and clear boundaries:

• Each Partner maintains complete operational autonomy

• This Program is not a joint venture or legal partnership

• Partners do not represent or act on our behalf

• Partners manage their own operations, staff, and client relationships

• We provide the platform but do not control or have responsibility for Partner activities, services, products, content, practices, or platform-related issues. All partnerships are governed by these Partnership Guidelines and our Terms of Use.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• Partners engaging through separate service agreements have an independent contractor relationship terminable by either party with 30 days' notice

• Separate service agreements, including marketplace arrangements, are governed by their own terms

• We have sole discretion to decide upon the inclusion of Partner services, outputs, and products on our platform

• We may modify program features or discontinue Partner participation at our sole discretion

 

Platform Use and Partner Responsibilities

To maintain a professional and effective collaboration environment, Partners must:

• Create and maintain an accurate organizational profile

• Keep your profile information and contact details current

• Comply with these Partnership Guidelines and our Terms of Use

• Comply with our editorial standards and template requirements for any content submissions

• Follow our Code of Conduct when participating in group discussions

• Agree to reciprocal brand promotion

• Respect our branding guidelines by using our marks only to:

  • Show your status as a Partner

  • Present collaborative projects

  • Include in materials developed together

• Support collaborative opportunities within the Partner's network
